1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once products have been opened, worn, installed, altered, or removed from original packaging.
2. ORDER INSPECTION
Customers must inspect their order upon arrival. Any incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 24–48 hours after delivery.
3. SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Processing and shipping times may vary, especially for pre-orders or custom lengths. Customers will receive updates regarding order status and shipping timelines.
4. PRE-ORDERS
Certain textures and lengths may be available for pre-order only. Pre-order items may require additional processing time before shipment.
5. CUSTOM LENGTHS
Lengths 8”–16” and 26”–30” require custom pricing. Customers must contact us directly for availability and pricing.
6. PRODUCT CARE
Luxury Hair Extensions By M.H is not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance, excessive heat, bleaching, coloring, cutting, or chemical processing after purchase.
7. COLOR DISCLAIMER
Hair color may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
8. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
9. LIMITED STOCK
Some items are limited in quantity and may sell out quickly. Inventory availability is not guaranteed until payment is completed.
